Delete your PI Labs account

Email hello@pilabs.space from the address you use for PI Labs, with the subject “Delete my PI Labs account”. Tell us if you can no longer use that address so we can verify ownership another way. You can also open this page from PI Agent’s Account screen.

We will verify the request and delete the PI Labs account and associated account data, including saved writing styles and usage records that are not legally required to be kept. Deletion ends access to PI Agent and other PI Labs services. We may retain the minimum payment and tax records required by law, and payment providers may keep their own records. We will explain any retained data when we confirm your request.

PI Agent conversations, attachments, routines, and reminders are stored on your phone. Remove them in the app or uninstall it to clear that local copy. Data held by other services, such as Google or X, is managed through those services.
